Towards the end of Japan's Edo period, the country was gripped by the most wondrous craze called "Morning Glory Mania." This is a wearable page from one of the most popular books produced at the time! The front text read from right to left is: the book title, the name of the illustrator, and the year of publication (1854!). The inside tag area has been color matched to the flower; this cannot be seen on the 3D render, but it can be glimpsed on the straight on frontal representation.
